Join the health revolution! At Lenus we are energized by our shared vision: making the world a healthier and happier place. If you see yourself working for a great purpose in a dynamic, global culture, we might be a great match.

Who are we looking for?

Do you have a knack for delivering results through paid social media campaigns? Are you eager to support leading health and fitness coaches in scaling their businesses? We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with the most prominent health and fitness coaches, supporting them with creative concepts, planning, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing their paid social ads. You know how to build campaigns, write catchy ad texts, and analyze performance data — and how to communicate results and strategies to our coaches.

In this role, and with our current and projected organizational growth, the opportunity to make an impact with Lenus is limitless!

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet client goals across multiple platforms – mostly Meta.
  • Analyze performance data daily, ensuring profitability while conducting weekly deep dives on results and trends.
  • Stay current with social media and digital marketing best practices, leveraging insights to enhance campaigns.
  • Communicate wins, challenges, and data insights effectively to clients and stakeholders, recommending future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and other teams to align on strategies, creative assets, and targets.
  • Partner with coaches to support creative strategies and ensure that campaigns reflect their brand voice and goals.
  • Manage budgets for your portfolio, driving growth and efficiency while hitting performance targets.
Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with planning, buying, and executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience developing creative concepts and executing engaging campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and optimize key performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager (extra points for experience with Email marketing, Google Ads, or additional digital funnels).
  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

The Team

You’ll be part of our Nordic Marketing Team (Copenhagen, Sweden, Finland and Norway), a collaborative group of specialists dedicated to Paid Media, Branding, Websites, and Growth. We value teamwork, positivity, and building strong relationships. Our supportive culture ensures that everyone thrives and feels connected in their work.

Locally, you will be part of the Norwegian team of Key Account Managers and Inbound Sales Representatives, working closely together to deliver outstanding service and results. Based in the center of Oslo, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.

Benefits & Perks
  • Structured and prioritised development opportunities
  • Development feedback cycle with quarterly check-ins
  • Opportunity to be awarded equity and share in Lenus’ long-term growth and success
  • Regular team gatherings and monthly social events across all our offices, along with company-wide celebrations
  • Daily snacks and fuel. Our offices are set up with fruits, snack bars, and a selection of drinks
  • A Macbook and other hardware to support you in your daily work

We’ll be going through applications frequently, so if this sounds like a great opportunity for you, hit apply and our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch with you!
