Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, employee services or similar administrative HR role.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Professional communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract administration, letters, transfers, changes and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data quality in HR systems.
• Assist with attendance, leave, documentation and service requests.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, government platforms and related requirements.
• Support policy implementation and ensure processes are followed consistently.
• Help employees and managers navigate HR processes with clarity and professionalism.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support reporting, dashboards and basic people analytics when required.
• Contribute to a service-minded HR culture built on confidentiality and care.
