Job summary

United Fintech Oslo seeks a Product Manager - Payments to drive development and delivery of our IBAS payments solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure functionality, reliability, and superior user experience across international banking.

Ideal candidates have experience in financial institutions or fintech, knowledge of payments standards (Swift, ISO 20022), and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution or with a banking/fintech provider.
• Experience with payments domains such as Swift, ISO 20022, SEPA, Instant Payments.
• Experience designing or implementing IT systems for banking.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client or project engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and test new functionality within the IBAS system.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Support sales, development, and implementation projects.
• Conduct training for customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Provide maintenance and support for our international customer base.
• Participate in long-term customer engagements and projects abroad.
