Job summary

Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a Payment Specialist in Oslo to expand our merchant services footprint. You will generate new business and support existing clients by promoting our merchant servicing products, hardware, software, and professional services.

In this frontline sales role, you will prospect, set appointments, close deals, and build lasting client relationships across Norway, while maintaining CRM records and staying aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven outside sales experience with quotas.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Languages: Fluent English and Norwegian proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach and referrals.
• Set appointments with merchants to present payment terminals and services.
• Close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and sign new logos.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline management, and support existing clients.
