PeakNet in Alta is seeking a Computer Support Specialist for a part-time position. You will help clients by resolving hardware, software, and network issues and providing support by phone, email, or in person.

You will install and configure computers and printers, maintain records of support requests, and work with teammates to solve complex problems. A strong IT foundation and the ability to explain technical details in simple terms are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in IT or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in providing technical support for computer systems and networks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Own visa/work permit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
