Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Bergen is seeking a part-time Network and Systems Administrator to manage and secure our network and server infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Linux/Unix.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and VPNs.
• Experience with data backup and disaster recovery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and security systems.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform regular maintenance.
• Install, configure and maintain server systems on Windows and Linux.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability for critical applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts and other resources.
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
