County of Kewaunee Public Health Department is seeking a Program Assistant to join our team for part-time clerical and program support. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, registering clients, assisting with immunization clinics, meeting minutes, and program logistics.

Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree in Administrative Professional or Medical Assistant and 2–4 years of related experience. This role includes prorated benefits and is open until filled.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Administrative Professional or Medical Assistant preferred.
• Two to four years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and register clients.
• Attend and take minutes at Board of Health meetings.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and distribute equipment.
• Prepare public health documents and reports.
• Update the health department website and resources guide.
• Assist with immunization clinics and WIC program tasks.
