• Monitor user activity on the platform and ensure that all content posted adheres to community guidelines
• Engage with users through comments, replies, and direct messages to foster a sense of community
• Address any conflicts or issues between users in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the rest of the moderation team to continuously improve the overall user experience on the platform

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Prior experience as a moderator or in a customer service role is preferred but not required

Salary: $1100 per month (USD)

Location: Remote (based in the US preferred)
