Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Norwegian accounting principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial documents such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Communicate with clients or vendors to resolve billing or payment issues.
