Job summary

Stratos is seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, organizing case files, and preparing materials for hearings and trials. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

You will maintain case schedules, communicate with clients, and ensure documentation complies with legal standards. Familiarity with legal software and document management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of paralegal experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with legal software and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and case materials.
• Draft and proofread legal documents such as contracts and affidavits.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
