Job summary

Eminent Valet is seeking dedicated Valet Drivers to join our premier service team in Canada. This guest-facing role requires exceptional customer service, safe driving, and professional conduct.

You will greet guests, confirm vehicle details, conduct basic inspections, park and retrieve vehicles, maintain key security, and follow on-site directions. Overnight shifts Thursday to Sunday 11pm–7am; eligibility requires 22+ and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay with tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-volume customer service environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must reside in Canada and be 22+ for insurance purposes.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly.
• Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage.
• Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols.
• Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage.
• Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times.
