Valet Attendants report to the Ramp Captain on-site. The position offers competitive pay, tips, training, and on-site support, with opportunities for growth within Eminent Valet.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing role requiring strong customer service and clear communication.

• Must be able to drive safely and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly.
• Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage.
• Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols.
• Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage.
• Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times.
