Job summary

Dolphitech AS is seeking an experienced NDT Application Specialist to join the Oslo team. The role focuses on supporting customers with the dolphicam2 platform, delivering demonstrations and training, and collaborating with Engineering on next-generation technology.

The candidate will test, evaluate and provide practical NDT feedback on transducer performance, system integration and software. Travel to customer sites is expected, with Norwegian language a plus.

Qualifications

• NDT Level 2 or 3 qualification in Ultrasonics/UT.
• At least 5 years' practical NDT experience in the field.
• Knowledge of PAUT or related inspection techniques.
• Experience inspecting composite structures or advanced materials.
• Experience supporting customers with NDT equipment.
• Experience conducting demonstrations, trials or product evaluations.
• Experience working with engineering or product teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Norwegian language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for customers using the dolphicam2 platform.
• Understand customer inspection requirements and translate these into practical Dolphitech applications.
• Deliver online and face-face demonstrations, trainings and technical support.
• Respond to customer and prospect technical queries and support the commercial team in customer engagements.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Test and evaluate current and next-generation Dolphitech technology with engineering.
• Provide practical NDT feedback on transducer, electronics and system performance.
• Contribute to trials and validation of new products, features and applications.
• Translate real-world inspection requirements into practical input for product development.
• Help identify new applications and opportunities for Dolphitech technology.
