Job summary

Spektrum, located near Oslo, supports apex purchasers and NATO's Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger by delivering end-to-end engineering on NEC CCIS. The role sits in the NEC CCIS System Support Centre in Kolsås, Norway, and focuses on building and maintaining end-user functionality within a low-code application framework for a data-intensive enterprise.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience with NATO air C2 systems.
Extensive experience collaborating with users to iteratively deliver end-user functionality.
Strong data modelling, SQL and PL/SQL capabilities.
Experience with Oracle Forms and APEX or similar tools.
Understanding of UI/UX principles for enterprise web apps.
Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3; familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develop end-user facing functionality fit-for-purpose.
Work within an application framework using low-code tooling, focused on data modelling and user interface design.
Create and maintain modules within a high-density, data-intensive enterprise web application.
Collaborate iteratively with end users to develop and refine functionality.
