Job description

Ensure installations perform desired operations according to existing procedures and policies. Monitor installations to guarantee delivery of (semi-)finished products in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and adjust installations following established procedures and policies, including serving pumps, opening and closing taps, etc.
2. Fix alerts promptly.
3. Analyze and perform quality checks on products to meet process requirements.
4. Identify non-conformities during production and coordinate with other employees to ensure product quality.
5. Control the quantity of products produced by each installation.
6. Perform auxiliary tasks related to production as directed by procedures and supervisors.
7. Conduct small maintenance activities and assist maintenance technicians and electricians with larger tasks.
8. Collaborate with weighbridge operators, bagging operators, etc., to ensure continuous production.
9. Record all relevant production data into the required IT systems.
10. Use and safeguard personal protective equipment as per safety policies.
