EnerMech is seeking a Country Manager to lead our Norway operations in Tananger, Stavanger. This full-time role reports to the Regional VP and includes managing lifting solutions and energy solutions with direct reports across office, projects and workshop teams.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing regional team, safeguarding P&L performance, developing client relationships, and delivering safe, quality, cost-effective solutions across contracts.

The Role and Responsibilities

A new exciting role has arisen for a Country Manager to join our Norway office in Tananger, Stavanger. This is a full time role reporting to the Regional VP based in the UK. This is a senior pivotal role in the business and will include having a team of direct reports, including office, projects and workshop staff.

You will be responsible for managing all of our Norway operations which includes both Lifting Solutions (Crane Operation & Maintenance) and Energy Solutions (Process & Pipelines Services, Valves and Fluid Power).

Duties and responsibilities will include;

• Lead a high-performing, regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and operational excellence
• Accountable for the P&L performance in the assigned contracts and implementing corrective measured or programs, as required
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of customer services and solutions to a high quality across the region
• Accountable for the development and successful delivery of both the Lifting Solutions and Energy Solutions business lines regarding safety, quality, financial and customer satisfaction across the assigned contracts
• To create new and develop existing client relationships at all levels across the region
• Prepare annual budget process, updated in BFT (Business Forecasting Tool)
• Preparation of business cases for CAPEX expenditure to develop the business
• Active participation in the tendering process that satisfy internal governance and commercial requirements

The Requirements

• Previous experience in a Regional Manager role within an Oil/Gas/Energy organisation
• Ideally a proven technical background in either Lifting Solutions or Energy Solutions as stated above
• Experience in people management
• Previous responsibility for Profit and Loss (P&L)
• Demonstrable experience where you have created improvements within an organisation
• A strong understanding of commercial cost awareness
• Be business development minded
• An existing key customer network
