Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• Proven experience delivering software and/or managing technical operations teams.
• Demonstrated experience with OpenStack.
• Strong Linux administration knowledge (Ubuntu or Debian preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for day-to-day managed service of customer environments.
• Improve engineering quality and delivery velocity with processes and team workflows.
• Monitor team health indicators and drive performance improvements.
• Represent the team with customers, product engineering, and operations.
• Ensure deployments meet service levels and are delivered on time.
