Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an Onsite Service Principal Engineer to deliver on-site IT operations support at customer sites in Lefdal, Norway. You will apply advanced installation and diagnostic skills to resolve issues and coordinate with remote teams for seamless service.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross‑functional projects. Shift work may be requested to meet customer needs.

• Industry certification in Linux, Windows, VMware or Networking.

• Plan and lead installation services for assigned accounts.
• Triage issues with direction from Dell remote support teams.
• Reseat, swap, or replace parts within the Data Center.
• Upgrade firmware as needed as part of troubleshooting.
• Seek resolution to drive closure of complex issues.
• Keep abreast of technology and Dell service offerings.

What you’ll achieve

As a Onsite Service Principal Engineer, you will apply technical expertise, peer collaborating, diagnosis tools and analytical practices to resolve customer issues, taking care of our customer IT operations by delivering outstanding on-site support within the Data Center. Shift work may be required upon request.

You will:

• Plan and lead installation services for assigned accounts
