Job summary

Humain Dev Systems is seeking a Project Manager (Middle) to coordinate projects, manage client communication, and ensure timely and successful delivery. The role is full-time and on-site in Rogaland, Norway, with a deadline of 2026-08-30.

The candidate will lead sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination, using Jira, Confluence and Trello. Strong English and Russian communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in client communication.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and task prioritization.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from start to finish
