The position requires 3+ years of data center operations experience, with expert cabling skills and a strong emphasis on documentation and safety. Certifications from Dell, HPE, or Cisco are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, optical fiber)
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) preferred
• Experience with rack and stack operations
• Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor power, cooling, and security systems
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain accurate asset documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
