Job summary

NTC Services is expanding its data center operations in Asker, seeking a Site Manager to lead installations and project delivery. The role requires an engineering background and strong IT knowledge, with security clearance and a valid driver’s license.

You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient construction, testing, and startup of critical systems, including power, cooling, and monitoring. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Security clearance from armed forces or police is required for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center site installations and projects where NTC builds or subcontracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality in all site activities and startup of critical systems.
• Maintain strong IT and electrical/cooling competence to support project execution.
