Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of proven experience in structural engineering and structural analysis.
• Experience with offshore cranes, marine handling equipment, renewables, or offshore structures.
• Strong knowledge of structural calculations and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, direct technical support regarding structural matters to customers and offshore service teams.
• Assist in technical sales support and tender phases by evaluating specifications and producing documentation.
• Perform advanced structural analyses, capacity calculations, and evaluation of de-rating curves for service, modification, and retrofit projects.
• Design and modify equipment and structural elements to adapt to site-specific requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, descriptions, and spare parts support materials.
