Job summary

NIORD is seeking a Risk Engineer to join our Bergen team. You will serve as NIORD’s primary technical representative, developing offshore renewables expertise and building strong relationships with clients, brokers, supply chain partners, and industry service providers.

Ideally you bring high-voltage transmission know-how and a solid grasp of how transmission assets perform across their lifecycle, with a focus on offshore wind turbines.

Qualifications

• High-voltage transmission expertise.
• Solid understanding of how transmission assets perform across their lifecycle.
• Experience with offshore-energy components, especially offshore wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Represent NIORD as the primary technical contact for projects.
• Develop technical expertise and knowledge about Offshore Renewables at NIORD.
• Foster relations with clients, brokers, the supply chain, and industry service providers.
