Job summary

DOF in Bergen is seeking a motivated Project Surveyor to join the Survey & Inspection Department. You will own the survey scope on projects in decommissioning, renewables, and geophysical operations, coordinating with PMs and leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality survey execution from tender to delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive, independent work, strong communication, and collaboration in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hydrographic Surveying or Geoscience required.
• Experience in offshore survey operations preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Proactive and independent in managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from tendering through offshore execution and final delivery.
• Develop survey procedures and project documentation.
• Plan and coordinate survey activities with Project Managers and department leadership.
• Ensure appropriate survey methodologies, equipment selection, and resource planning.
• Deliver survey solutions to the highest professional standards.
