Job summary

Aker Solutions, via NES Advantage, seeks an Installation Planner in Bergen. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining installation schedules, coordinating with method and installation teams, and aligning contractor plans with the overall project timeline.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and develop planning bases while supporting trend analysis and schedule recovery to safeguard milestones.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant planning and project execution experience.
• Offshore experience or other relevant practical experience is an advantage.
• Experience with project planning and scheduling activities.
• Proficiency in Safran.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project installation schedules in close cooperation with the method and installation teams.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project progress is achieved in line with project targets.
• Actively follow up installation plans for both offshore and onshore activities.
• Contribute to the setup, development, and updating of the project planning basis.
• Ensure consistency between contractors’ schedules and the overall project plan.
• Proactively monitor and follow up project progress and performance.
• Maintain effective communication and interfaces with stakeholders, senior management, and contractors.
• Support planning and trend analysis activities, including float and critical path analysis.
• Develop and propose schedule recovery plans to maintain key project milestones.
