Job summary

Sperton is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer for an offshore modification and maintenance project in Stavanger, Norway. You will contribute to technical design, QA, and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure compliant deliverables.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC or related), 3+ years of HVAC design, offshore project experience; familiarity with MIPS, Navisworks or E3D is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
• Offshore project experience and offshore certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and quality-assure HVAC engineering deliverables.
• Perform capacity calculations and technical assessments of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate HVAC interfaces with clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to installation planning, testing, and design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and technical standards.
• Review 3D models, technical drawings, and supplier documentation.
