Odfjell Drilling is seeking a Nurse / QHSE Coordinator for our MODU fleet. The role requires providing medical support, enforcing health and safety procedures, and ensuring readiness for emergencies aboard offshore rigs.

You will operate under the supervision of the onshore Doctor, maintain medical supplies, conduct health surveillance, and contribute to continuous improvement of QHSE on board. Norwegian and English proficiency is essential.

Competenze

• Norwegian Registered Nurse, preferably specialized in emergency medicine/anesthesia/ICU.
• 3–5 years documented experience handling medical emergencies and pre-hospital care.
• Must meet Odfjell Drilling competence matrix and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• The nurse must support management, employees, and safety representatives to maintain safe and healthy conditions onboard.
• Safeguard all regulatory requirements for emergency medical and health preparedness.
• Provide medical activities under supervision of the Responsible Doctor and report to OIM daily as required.
