Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting for a Norwegian-speaking customer support role based in Sofia. You will help customers maximize digital products and services via phone, email and chat, with full training provided on the job.

No tech background is required; you will learn on the job while working in an international environment with relocation support and a competitive salary.

The Job

You’ll help customers get the most out of digital products and services, supporting them through phone, email and chat.

Your tasks include:

• Helping customers with questions and technical issues
• Troubleshooting and finding the right solution
• Working with CRM and ticketing systems
• Following established processes and support guidelines
• Building knowledge of digital products and technology
• Working towards customer satisfaction and quality targets

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer support, troubleshooting, CRM systems and digital products – useful skills for a future career in tech, customer experience or international business.

You:

• Speak Norwegian fluently
