Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Norwegian-speaking clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inform and educate customers about our products and gaming services.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to assist in service enhancements.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
