In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking players with their queries, ensuring they have a fantastic and seamless gaming experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
  • Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the player experience.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and basic technical troubleshooting is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new lifestyle.
