WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is remote within Greece, with training and onboarding provided. You will handle inquiries across products, orders, payments, deliveries, and returns, while using CRM systems to manage cases.

A relocation package is offered for those joining from abroad. Requirements include Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 depending on project.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
