Job summary

WW Talents seeks Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across international projects from Greece. This fully remote role is based in Greece with remote work and a flexible schedule.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and escalate complex cases when needed. Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1) are required, with CRM familiarity an advantage.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Job description

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
