Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. This remote role requires Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, with training provided and relocation assistance if applicable.

The compensation is €1,300 gross per month, paid over 14 months, plus a performance bonus up to 20% of the monthly salary. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, with possible weekend shifts.

• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
