You will handle high-level customer inquiries, explain digital wallet features, ensure security, and collaborate with international teams to deliver excellent service. Fluent Norwegian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate transition to Norwegian-speaking jobs in Greece.
• Strong interest in FinTech and digital financial innovation.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
