Job summary

Oliver Agency is seeking a Norwegian Post-Editor to join our freelance network for upcoming MTPE projects. You will post-edit machine-translated marketing content and product descriptions, ensuring accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance.

You will collaborate with our creative teams to maintain brand voice and provide feedback on MT outputs to improve engines, while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in post-editing, translation, or technical writing.
• Native Norwegian speaker with proficiency in English.
• Experience translating marketing copy while maintaining brand voice.
• Knowledge of MT systems and MT output quality evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Post-editing of machine-translated marketing content using advanced ML tools.
• Ensure copy is accurate, grammatically correct, clear and culturally appropriate.
• Collaborate with creative team to maintain style and terminology.
• Quality evaluation of MT output and provide feedback.
• Provide feedback forms and project ratings to help improve MT engines.
