Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a proactive customer support specialist to join our team in Greece. You will represent the company and provide professional technical support to inquiries such as models, purchases, and errors.

Training will be provided; a prior interest in cars is a plus. Your daily duties include assisting customers by phone and email, delivering accurate information, and building friendly, professional relationships while aiming to exceed service targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian and English (B2) required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Good general computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Desire to learn, problem solving mindset and curiosity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
