We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining digital content standards. The ideal candidate is fluent in Norwegian and English to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review: Assess various types of digital content, including videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles.
  • Policy Enforcement: Evaluate content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence, and political transparency, applying consistent handling procedures.
  • Accuracy: Identify and manage subtle differences in digital communication, ensuring adherence to the client's terms of use.
  • Engage & Support: Participate in employee assistance programs and training, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Handle Sensitive Material: Manage potentially sensitive content, including violence and hate speech, with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (C1), with strong grammar and communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, BPO, or contact centers preferred.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive content, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Cultural Awareness: Good understanding of the political and social context in Norwegian-speaking regions.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
