The ideal candidate will hold a master’s or PhD in Norwegian language or linguistics and possess strong metacognitive communication skills. Compensation ranges from $8 to $65 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Peer-reviewed publications or teaching experience are beneficial.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'—is essential.

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on Norwegian topics and document failures.
• Converse with the model on language scenarios and verify accuracy.
• Capture error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering.
