V7 Recruitment Ltd is hiring an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to support major data centre projects across the Nordics, based in Norway and Finland (Hamina & Skien). The role involves leadership of cost and commercial workstreams, with a weekly on-site/remote rotation and potential full-time in-country placement.

Ideal candidates will have extensive cost consultancy experience, strong MEP cost management, and proven ability to lead commercial teams while maintaining excellent client relations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant discipline.
• MRICS or AACE accreditation desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of large projects and complex workstreams to meet client expectations.
• Manage and develop Cost and Commercial teams, including mentoring.
• Supervise teams of Cost and Commercial Specialists across multiple projects.
• Act as the primary client contact for cost and commercial reporting.
• Review and approve team deliverables before submission to clients and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project scopes.
