As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care. Your proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be instrumental in delivering quality customer service and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to inquiries regarding our products and services effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
