If is seeking an experienced Business Developer to shape the Nordic Investigation Unit, part of If Claims, with a Nordic scope. You will convert complex needs into practical improvements, lead initiatives from problem definition to adoption, and work across business, data, processes and technology.

• Several years of experience in strategy, process development and change management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional or Nordic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business-case skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create structure, alignment and momentum in initiatives that improve how Investigation Unit works and delivers value across the Nordic organization.
• Identify and lead complex Nordic business development initiatives, and selected local initiatives when relevant.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative insights, map the current state and identify root causes, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, development-ready material, business cases and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Assess how processes, information, systems and operating practices should evolve, including opportunities enabled by AI and automation.
• Develop and scale processes, concepts, frameworks, handbooks and tools across countries.
• Support implementation, business readiness and adoption so that changes deliver the intended results.
• Drive Nordic collaboration and alignment while balancing local needs and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships across Investigation, Claims, and other business areas.
