Qualifications

• Kunnskap om resepsjonsarbeid og gjestebehandling.
• Første erfaring med reservasjonsystemer.
• Du er organisert og legger vekt på detaljer.
• Du snakker engelsk eller norsk.

Responsibilities

• Registrere og avregistrere gjester.
• Håndtere reservasjoner og bekreftelser.
• Romkvalitetskontroll og oppfølging.
• Salg av minibar og tilleggstjenester.
• Nært samarbeid med housekeeping, teknisk og kvalitetsavdeling.
