Are you ready to launch your career in technology and customer support? We are looking for new graduates to join our Maritime Network Operations team.

As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our commercial customers receive world-class support for our managed maritime services. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication abilities. You will learn how to quickly assess issues, combine inputs from multiple sources, and provide effective solutions or workarounds – all while maintaining clear and confident communication with the customer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support based on events from monitoring systems and customer-reported faults (incident management).
  • Support our managed SatCom, Network, and Cyber services, working with technologies such as Starlink, Sealink VSAT, OneWeb, and Fortinet.
  • Work as part of a 24/7 shift rotation in the Maritime Network Operations Center.
  • Handle customer service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency, independence, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of troubleshooting methods, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Technical education at university level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IP, networking, and routing.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Solid general IT knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Preferred (Not Required) Skills
  • Familiarity with satellite communication, WiFi, and mobile 4G/5G/LTE networks.
  • Understanding of cyber security principles.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
