Job summary

Hibrant is seeking an experienced Data Centre / Server Support Engineer for onsite, on-demand freelance dispatch in Oslo. You will handle datacenter and server room support, hardware and chassis replacements, and local troubleshooting.

You will follow remote engineer instructions via Teams or phone and perform Smart Hands activities while documenting all work and findings. The role requires independent onsite work, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with the

Job description

*How is this Project Different?*

• There will be no interview
• There will be no training
• There will be just an online test for the engineer
• SMART TEAMS TEST (Approx. 30 minutes)
• Only ONE attempt is allowed
• If engineer passes this test, he will be onboarded for this project.

*PLEASE NOTE:*We adhere to ISO 27001, 27017, and 27018 standards, ensuring secure data encryption.

*How can Candidate appear for online test?*

• Engineer needs to provide his CV, email ID and Phone number.
• Engineer needs to provide his Govt ID (Front and Back picture OR Pdf)
• If Engineer is non-native, valid work permit will be needed.
• Engineer details will be submitted, and his/her access will be created so he/she can start test.
• After passing this exam the engineer will be onboarded, and tickets will be shared with them

• This is an on-demand freelance dispatch project, not a full-time role. Engineers are usually notified 1–2 days before each onsite assignment. Successful completion of the mandatory online training is required before onboarding.
