Job summary

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified INTEL JISR Collection Manager to support NATO’s Joint Warfare Center’s Stavanger, Norway. You will help design and deliver JISR collection for high-priority exercises and ensure alignment with training objectives.

The role requires three years of relevant experience, NATO course credentials, and proficiency with TOPFAS/BICES and MS Office tools. A current NATO Secret clearance is required for the position.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in national or NATO strategic/operational roles in the last 10 years.
• Completion of NATO courses specified in qualifications.
• Knowledge of NATO sensor capabilities and targeting processes.
• Active NATO Secret or higher clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide JISR CM expertise to briefs and exercise documentation.
• Develop and review scenario materials and intelligence products.
• Coordinate with EXCON and TA teams to align training objectives.
