Overview

Job Title: Modern Trade Planning Assistant Manager

Posting Start Date: 23/09/2025   Req ID: 1210

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced MT Planning Senior Supervisor. This position will: a) Ensure deadlines are met for tasks such as checking orders, submitting schemes, notifying SCT; b) Implement and monitor supermarket business activities (activation, promotion); c) Check the implementation of targets according to the total MT plan and by account, by category; d) Manage inventory status, production plan, update new product listing status; e) Go to the market to check OOS, committed listed prices, promotional activities of Masan and competitors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily sales and inventory update reports
  • Weekly meet with the Production Department, work with SO and be responsible for the goods supplied, dispatched to MT and update important information quickly to Accounts
  • Weekly monitor and review the progress of new listings at Accounts (HSCB, sample goods, price list, masterdata), support working with Departments to respond to HSCB listings if any
  • Draft and sign monthly CTKM schemes, opening, sampling, adhoc, register SCT/BCT of MT's programs according to the responsible product line according to the required deadline
  • Manage the List of Products in the responsible product line currently trading at the supermarket (CBCL files, price list, master data), provide to SUP/KAM when needed. Proactively work with the Marketing Department on new CBCL files before the expiration date of 3 months
  • Ensure 100% of the planning department's reports are updated periodically weekly (listing progress, sell out goods), monthly (onpost promotion, activation of supermarkets), competitor reports (price, promotion, market share, % contract, % investment) as required
  • Go to the market, update OOS, committed listing price, company's promotional activities at supermarkets and competitors
  • Meet and work with MKT, TRD on new product launch plans (propose investment budget, implement product launch plan, supervise the implementation of product launch activities at supermarkets)
