Workato in Alta, Norway, is seeking a talented Moderator to monitor online forums and social media, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our community. You will oversee content, respond to user inquiries, and enforce guidelines to maintain high-quality conversations.

The role requires at least 2 years of moderation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.

Moderator - Social Media and Online Forums

We are seeking a talented and experienced Moderator to join our growing team in Alta. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums and social media platforms to ensure a positive user experience. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our online community.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor online forums and social media platforms for inappropriate or harmful content
• Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Enforce community guidelines and policies
• Engage with users to foster a positive community atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the moderation process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Moderator or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online forum management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Proven track record of successfully managing online communities

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Alta.
