Online consultant vacancy in Alta Norway

Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and timely support to our clients through various online channels. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month in the city of Alta.

• - Respond to client inquiries through online chat, email or social media platforms
• - Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding our services and products
• - Identify and elevate any issues or concerns raised by clients
• - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support is provided to clients
• - Stay up-to-date with company products and services in order to provide effective assistance to clients

• - No previous experience required, training will be provided
• - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools- Fluency in English (additional languages would be an asset)- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
