Minibus Driver | with D1 license, CPC and PCV

Outdoor Norway, based in the heart of Voss — Norway's Adventure Capital, is seeking a professional Tourist Minibus Driver with a valid D1 Driver's license and Passenger Carriage Vehicle (PCV) license, known in Norwegian as Kjøreseddel for yrkessjåfører (YSK).

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience driving a 17-seater minibus. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences by transporting tourists safely and comfortably to destinations such as fjords, rafting tours, scenic routes, and cultural sites.

Only applicants from European countries are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 17-seater minibus for adventure tours, airport transfers, and custom itineraries.
• Transport domestic and international tourists around Voss.
• Provide a warm welcome and basic tourist information (non-guiding role unless certified).
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow Norwegian traffic laws and safety standards.
• Coordinate with tour guides, dispatchers, and logistics teams.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding as needed.
• Keep accurate driving logs and route records.
• Take photos for rafting and kayaking tours.

Qualifications

• Valid D1 driving license.
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• Passenger carrying vehicle (PCV) license (Kjøreseddel for yrkessjåfører (YSK) in Norwegian).
• Proven experience driving a minibus (up to 17 seats), preferably in tourism.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; friendly and professional interaction with guests.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian, German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for outdoor activities and appreciation for Norway's natural beauty.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel within Voss for photography and videography tasks.
