Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot in Oslo. You will manage Copilot, support users, coordinate new functionality, and shape the roadmap while working with internal and external SMEs, developers and architects on delivery and innovation.

You will lead governance, provide expert advice on security, licensing and data use, and co-host events to raise awareness of Copilot across the business units. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform at user and administrator level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Agent 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Eligibility for security clearance and authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Copilot in Statkraft, including support for users and coordinating new functionality.
• Define and follow up the roadmap for Copilot and governance within Statkraft.
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs, developers and architects on delivery and support.
• Work with projects to contribute to innovation and digital collaboration.
• Co-host weekly live events to raise awareness and share Copilot news.
• Provide guidance on Copilot features, settings, security, and data use.
